With nine years of history, Great Wall Super Chinese Buffet can confidently serve more than 202 customers in its area of 6,700 square feet. The buffet is a favorite among the local residents and the restaurant stays ahead of the competition. Additionally, the restaurant’s convenient location boosts sales as well. “The residential area is close by, and the population is dense,” says owner Chen. As for the décor, Chen decided to keep the ambiance low key. “I want to provide a fresh and comfortable feeling for my customers,” he explains.
No matter which meal is ordered, each dish on the menu represents the essence of time-honored Chinese culinary art. The top selling dishes are the Coconut Shrimp and Shanghai Pork. Customers come from all over the area to sample the array of Chinese and American dishes offered on the menu. And the health conscious diners haven’t been overlooked; each dish is prepared with little salt, sugar, and oil.
Great Wall Super Chinese Buffet not only focuses on the quality of food, but also on customer service. “Satisfying customers is the foundation of my business,” Chen concludes.Great Wall Super Chinese Buffet
